Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and approximately 10 to 12 minutes easy stroll to the
start of the village, this very pretty villa has wonderful views of the sea from the pool and bedroom terraces. CASA MALVAS has a lovely lawn garden and is within easy reach of the beach and bustling town, with its many restaurants, bars and shops, so we feel that a car is not essential. However, if you are intending to sight-see or play golf at the Pestana Golfing Resort or tennis at the Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis, which is open to non residents, then a car would be advisable.
