Within easy reach of the many pretty bays and beaches including Caneiros and Ferragudo, the two 18 hole Championship golf courses of Pinta and Gramacho and the Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis, open to non residents. 12 minutes walk downhill to the bustling village and beach of Carvoeiro, with
the nearest beach of Boteco an 8 minute walk away. The walk back to the villa is fairly steep. The Monte Carvoeiro Piazza with
its many restaurants, boutiques and mini mercado is just a few minutes stroll away. There is a small farm next to the villa with a cockerel.
